I’m Amanda, a wellness guide for women, caregivers, and anyone in the thick of life’s transitions.
My work blends movement, functional nourishment, and nervous system support to help people rebuild their relationship with health in a way that actually lasts. With a background in psychology, yoga therapy, and nutrition, I specialize in stress resilience and behavior change.

About
Amanda Darrow is a wellness educator, yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, and mother. She’s the author of Shift Mindset for Mothers and the creator of Shift Into Strength ~ a sustainable wellness method designed to support women through seasons of change with clarity, consistency, and compassion.
With over a decade of experience guiding others through movement, mindful living, and stress recovery, Amanda brings a rare blend of science-backed tools and lived wisdom to her work. She holds certifications in strength training, yoga, and culinary arts, and is currently completing a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on cognitive resilience and nervous system health. She begins her IAYT-accredited yoga therapy training in fall 2025.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that wellness should feel like a relationship and not a rigid prescription. Through her programs and workshops, Amanda helps women reconnect with their strength, regulate their nervous systems, and create a rhythm of nourishment that supports both mental and physical health.

Inside this ongoing program, you’ll receive personalized movement tailored to your energy and goals, hormone-supportive meal plans that take the guesswork out of eating well, and monthly live Topic Talks to help you deepen your understanding of stress, resilience, and routine. You’ll also gain access to a supportive community and optional one-on-one coaching, so you’re never navigating change alone.
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a grounded, science-backed approach to building strength from the inside out.

Shift Mindset for Mothers is a guided journal designed to help women regulate stress, reframe limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner strength. Inside, you’ll find science-informed prompts rooted in psychology, nervous system support, and real-life motherhood — plus reflective exercises to help you move forward with clarity and compassion.
