Amanda Darrow is a wellness educator, yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, and mother. She is the author of the Shift Mindset Journal and the creator of Shift Into Strength—a method designed to support women through transition with clarity, consistency, and compassion.
With over a decade of experience in movement and mindful living, Amanda blends science-backed tools with real-life practicality. She holds certifications in strength training, yoga, and culinary arts, and is completing her degree in psychology with a focus on cognitive resilience and nervous system health.
Her work is rooted in the belief that wellness should meet you where you are—not where someone else says you should be. Through Shift, she offers women tools to reconnect with their strength, rewrite their rhythm, and support themselves fully—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
